* Residential Natural Gas prices are based on heating season from October 2009 thru May 2010-Cambridge residence. Rates are the same for communities served by Twin Valleys Public Power District except franchise fees may vary.
* Electric rates are based on Twin Valleys Public Power District's residential or small commercial "All Electric" rate.
* Propane prices based on November 2010 quote of $1.62 per gallon.
* Average 1500 sq. ft. home in SW Nebraska uses 90 million btu's of heat in a season.
REBATES—If you are considering a new heating and air conditioning system, Twin Valleys Public Power District can provide you with additional savings. If you convert to electric heat from a fossil fuel, change your air conditioner to a heat pump, or simply upgrade your current electric heat pump, Twin Valleys Public Power District will provide a cash incentive of up to $1000 for residential customers.
TOTAL ELECTRIC RATE—When you convert to an electric heat system you may also qualify for a lower rate during the heating season. Certain conditions need to be met. To find out more information call Twin Valleys Public Power District and we will give you the details.
